Kundalini Tantra Program

All our courses are designed and led by Aditya, with care and respect for both students and the traditional practices we share. We aim to offer something unique beyond commercial yoga training, providing depth and understanding of Yoga, Tantra, and spirituality, not just from books, but shared through lived experience.

Aditya has been delivering yoga training since graduating from S-VYASA University, Bengaluru, in 2014. He trained under renowned masters including Ramaswami Srivastava, B.K.S. Iyengar, and Dr H. R. Nagendra. He is highly experienced in delivering a range of yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, and Therapeutic Yoga, with a particular interest and specialisation in Pranayama.

He has taught at a number of prestigious schools across India, as well as internationally in Nepal, Bali, Georgia, Singapore, and at international yoga festivals in China and Lithuania.

He has trained thousands of students from diverse backgrounds, ages, and abilities. His teaching is responsive and tailored to the needs of each student, recognising yoga as a practice for different stages of life. The courses blend traditional and modern approaches, including dynamic breathing practices, asanas, philosophy, mudras, and mantras.

Our Kundalini Tantra Courses offer a distinct perspective. Avdhoot Aditya has studied Yoga and Tantra deeply for more than 14 years under respected gurus including Somnath Giri, Balbhadra Nath, and Shakrananda Giri, among others. This has given him a comprehensive understanding of his practice, which is woven into this immersive learning experience.

“Modesty is the heart of Yoga. I only ask participants to come with humility and the desire to learn.”
